Week In Review: While You Weren't Sleeping

Every weekend I try to do a recap of the prior weeks articles at Cracking The Sleep Code. This week my sleep has been thrown off because my kids are out of preschool for the summer.  They go to bed a little later...now I go to bed a little later.  Since I am a recovered insomniac it's important that I still get up at the same time or I can start to fall back into my old habits.  If I do start to experience some poor sleep it's not as bad as it used to be because I know I can conquer it---where as before it was an endless rut that I didn't know how to get out of.   It's nice to not have that anxiety like I used to.

While You Weren't Sleeping: Week In Review

New discoveries are found each year about the role sleep plays.  The first article was very fascinating as it makes us view sleep in a whole new light---too much sleep?  Now I've heard it all.
The other articles reinforce the belief that not enough sleep can wreak havoc on all aspects of our lives.
